Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 02 Jan 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all online courses, live classes, learning materials, services, and website content provided by Blossom Learning Ltd (“Blossom”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling in any Blossom course, accessing our website, or participating in our live classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you should not proceed with enrolment or use our services.
1. About Blossom
Blossom Learning Ltd is an online language education provider offering structured French language programmes delivered through live online classes, digital learning materials, and supporting resources. All courses are conducted online and require a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and access to third-party platforms such as Zoom.
2. Course Enrolment & Access
Enrolment is confirmed only after full or partial payment (where applicable) has been completed through our website.
Once enrolled, access is granted only to the specific course, batch, and schedule selected at the time of enrolment.
Course access is non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or reassigned to another individual under any circumstances.
Blossom reserves the right to refuse or revoke access if these Terms are breached.
3. Live Classes & Attendance
All classes are conducted live online at scheduled times. Students are responsible for joining classes on time. Missed classes are not refundable, rescheduled, or replaceable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Blossom is not responsible for missed sessions due to personal availability, time zone misunderstandings, internet issues, or technical problems on the student’s side. Class schedules, instructors, and formats may be adjusted when necessary to maintain course quality.
4. Teaching Language & Learning Approach
Courses are delivered using clear bilingual explanations, with structured guidance primarily in Tamil and English, and increasing use of French during practice and application. This approach is designed to support clarity, accuracy, and confidence, especially for beginners. Teaching methods may vary by instructor, cohort, or lesson content.
5. Payments & Fees
All fees are listed clearly on our website and are payable at the time of enrolment. Where instalment or monthly payment options are offered, students authorise Blossom to automatically charge the remaining scheduled payments to the same payment method used at enrolment. These subsequent payments will be processed automatically on the agreed dates, without further notice or approval required from the student.
Students are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available and that their payment details remain valid throughout the payment period. Failure to complete any scheduled payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to classes and course materials without notice. Prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change and apply only for the period stated at the time of enrolment.
6. Refund Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)
All payments made to Blossom are non-refundable. This applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, missed classes, dissatisfaction after enrolment, or technical and internet issues experienced on the student’s side. Once access to course materials or live sessions has been granted, no refunds, credits, transfers, or substitutions will be issued. Refunds will be considered only where required by applicable consumer protection law. Except in such cases, this policy is firm and final.
7. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, documents, worksheets, recordings, presentations, and written content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Blossom Learning Ltd. These materials are provided solely for the personal use of enrolled students and may not be shared, reproduced, recorded, uploaded, distributed, sold, or reused in any form. Students are strictly prohibited from sharing course content publicly or privately, posting materials on social media, websites, or messaging platforms, or recording live classes without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use, duplication, or distribution of course materials may result in immediate termination of access and may lead to further legal action where applicable.
8. Certificates of Completion
Certificates of completion are issued only to students who meet the required course completion criteria. To be eligible for a certificate, a student must successfully complete all mandatory course components and achieve a minimum score of 75% in any applicable assessments or evaluations. Certificates are issued at Blossom’s discretion and are provided solely as recognition of course completion; they do not represent a government-issued or officially accredited qualification. No certificates will be issued to students who fail to complete the course requirements or who demonstrate insufficient participation or performance.
9. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times during classes and in all interactions with instructors, staff, and other students. Blossom reserves the right to suspend or remove any student who disrupts classes, engages in inappropriate or unprofessional behaviour, harasses instructors or fellow students, or violates these Terms and Conditions. Such action may be taken at Blossom’s discretion and without any entitlement to a refund, credit, or compensation.
10. Technical Requirements
Students are solely responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access, a functioning device with appropriate audio and video capabilities, and access to all required platforms used for the classes, including but not limited to Zoom. Blossom is not responsible or liable for any disruptions, interruptions, or missed sessions resulting from technical issues, connectivity problems, or equipment failures on the student’s side or beyond Blossom’s reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in its courses or use of its services. Blossom’s total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the student for the relevant course. No guarantees are made regarding specific learning outcomes, examination results, or achieved levels of language proficiency, as progress depends on individual effort, attendance, and engagement.
12. Changes to Terms
Blossom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
